Eight minutes per session, comfortable fit, rechargeable

A routine that takes eight minutes

You sit down, hook it over your ear and press the one button on it. The timer counts down on the device — 8, 7, 6 — and then it stops on its own. Flip the hook and do the other ear, or wear one on each and be finished in eight minutes.

One button to press — no Bluetooth, no wifi, no signal needed

One button. That is the whole interface.

Nothing to download, nothing to pair, no settings to get wrong. There is one button on the device and a timer that runs for eight minutes. If you can work a kettle, you can work this.

The rotating hook fits both ears

One device, either ear

The hook rotates, so the same device fits your left ear and your right. Do one side, flip it, do the other — or take the pair and run both ears at once. It charges by cable between sessions, so there are no batteries to buy. And you have 30 days to decide you want to keep it.

Otolume vs. the other ear lasers

Most of them still hang a control box around your neck and run a cable up to your ear, with a row of buttons to work out first. Otolume is the whole device: one piece, one button, no cable, no box.
